1. Return Eligibility
We offer returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Product should not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used food products
- Products with tampered or broken seals
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be issued via the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Incorrect item
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect item delivered
